An item is something you have in inventory that you track.
An item number is a unique identifier assigned to one type of item you track. It can be barcoded and printed and attached to your items.
Yes, InventoryCloud will allow you to design and create your own inventory tags and barcode labels.
A site is the place where inventory resides. A location defines the specific area within a site where the inventory resides. For example, a warehouse would be a site but "shelf A1C" within a warehouse would be the location.
Yes, InventoryCloud will allow you to import all your existing data into the system, and you can even use the provided import samples as your templates. We also offer import services which you can purchase to have Wasp tech support specialists take care of this for you.
Yes, when you sign up for an InventoryCloud trial, we supply trial data in the system.
Yes, you can sign up for an InventoryCloud trial with one of our representatives.
InventoryCloud needs to have four pieces of data to enter inventory into the system. You need to set up a site, location, item, and add inventory (quantities) to the item.
InventoryCloud doesn’t require you to setup your SMTP email settings to use the system, but you will need to complete this setup in order to reset your password, invite new users, and schedule reports and notifications.
InventoryCloud allows you to design your own reports based on your company’s needs.
Yes, we offer a native iOS and Android app. Each user will have the ability to download and use the available apps. Download the iOS app or the Android app and scan the barcode generated from the system located in Reports > Other Reports > Mobile Install.
Yes, InventoryCloud allows you to setup notifications based on triggers that you determine are critical for your business.
A user is what we call anyone who logs into InventoryCloud. InventoryCloud does have the capabilities of setting up admin only licenses to manage users only. The product comes with five users, but additional users can be purchased in groups of five.
We provide technical support to assist you with any issues that may arise while using InventoryCloud. Support is provided throughout the week via email, live chat or phone 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. CT.
We provide users with various training options including our online sessions and onsite services. Our interface was built to be intuitive and easy to understand from the start. There are training videos in the help and support section explaining how to use various modules. We believe in "train the trainer", and like to get an evangelist within your institution who can understand and drive adoption of our system.
Yes. We never lock you in, and we make sure it's easy to get your data out of InventoryCloud. Once you cancel your account, you'll be responsible for charges incurred for that billing period, but you won't be charged again.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also provide an invoicing option for our annual plans. Contact us to setup payment by check or bank transfer. We do not offer monthly invoicing.
